At FAB Roots Hair Extensions, our top priority is providing quality products and a FAB shopping experience. Due to the safety of all our customers, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once your order is placed, the shipping process begins. Due to this, we can not modify submitted orders.
If there is an issue with your order or you need to exchange an item, don't hesitate to contact us within seven days of receipt of your items at support@magsfab.com. The product must be in the original packaging it was received in. The hair must be unused, uncut, colored, and available to be resold for store credit to be applied. We offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit for products we agree to and deem defective. We appreciate your business and want to hear your concerns. Please email us to start the claim process!

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within [24-48] hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

FAB ROOTS Textured Hair is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
FAB ROOTS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently ship outside the USA. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will vary depending on the destination country. All additional fees for international shipping (like taxes and customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer
CLIP INS PRE INSTALLATION + CARE GUILD
Preparation:
• Gently remove the extensions from the packaging.
• Lay them flat on a clean surface to smooth using a wide-tooth comb or a soft-bristle brush, starting from the ends and moving upwards to avoid damaging the wefts.
Shampooing (recommended):
• We recommend using lukewarm water and sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoo to wash the extensions before the first use.
• Gently lather the hair without rubbing or twisting the strands, then rinse thoroughly.
• Apply a lightweight, nourishing conditioner, avoiding the clip area to prevent rusting.
• Rinse with cool water to seal the hair cuticles for enhanced shine.
Drying:
• Pat the extensions with a soft towel to remove excess water. Avoid wringing or twisting.
• Lay the extensions flat on a dry towel and allow them to air dry completely before installation.
Styling:
• Once dry, style the extensions as desired, preferably using non-heat methods to prolong their life. If heat styling is necessary, use a heat protectant spray and keep the temperature below 350°F (177°C).
Daily Care Guide for Clip-In Extensions
1. Brushing:
• Before use, gently brush your extensions with a soft-bristle or wide-tooth comb to prevent tangling and matting. Always brush from the ends upwards.
2. Styling:
• Avoid using high-heat styling tools frequently. When using, apply a heat protectant and set the tool to a low or medium temperature.
• Use alcohol-free styling products to avoid drying out the hair.
3. Shampoo:
• Use lukewarm water and sulfate-free hair care products. Wash gently and rinse thoroughly.
4. Drying:
• Always air-dry your extensions by laying them flat on a towel in a well-ventilated area. Do not blow dry.
5. Storage:
• Ensure your extensions are completely dry before storing.
• Hang or lay them flat in a storage box or bag to keep them in their best shape, free from tangles and dust.
6. Night Care:
• Always remove clip-in extensions before sleeping to prevent tangling and reduce wear and tear.
