We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once your order is placed, the shipping process begins. Due to this, we can not modify submitted orders.
If there is an issue with your order or you need to exchange an item, don't hesitate to contact us within seven days of receipt of your items at support@magsfab.com. The product must be in the original packaging it was received in. The hair must be unused, uncut, colored, and available to be resold for store credit to be applied. Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within [24-48] hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

HAIR CARE + INSTALLATION TIPS
Pre-Installation
Expect our signature lightly fragranced scent. We recommend shampooing the hair with a hydrating shampoo before installation. This will ensure a clean slate for styling perfection. You can follow up with a light conditioner, but nothing too heavy.
Install
We advise against piercing the wefts as this can cause excessive shedding. Additionally, you may seal your wefts using a high-quality weft sealant. Only cut your wefts when necessary.
Daily Care
Daily brushing or combing through to style is encouraged when this hair has been heat styled. However, we recommend finger combing and brushing gently with a detangling brush when hair is in its natural state. Always brush or comb hair from ends to roots. This texture performs best in its natural curly state. Hot tools can be used; however, they straighten with a kink. This texture does not straighten bone straight. Apply an alcohol-free glossing polish or hair serum for shine and frizz control. Excessive products may lead to stiff hair, which may cause matting and tangling. Less is more! Use light oils and styling products. Curl-enhancing mousse and foams can be used on this texture to enhance curls. We highly recommend frequent misting of the hair with a water bottle to enhance curls and maintain moisture in the hair. We recommend minimal biweekly shampooing to prevent product buildup.
Before bed, brush, pin curl, wrap, or put hair into a high ponytail or roll into a bun to enhance wave pattern when hair has been heat styled. When the hair is naturally curly, twist it or just finger through it and apply a satin bonnet to reduce frizz and flyaways, or sleep on a satin pillowcase. After waking up, remove overnight protection and finger comb, comb through or brush hair, and style as desired.
